Thanks to our extensive range of machinery, we produce a wide variety of precision mechanical components for you. These components often require various consecutive, complex operations. We give each step in the production process the necessary high-precision attention. This is evidenced, among other things, by the precise finish of our products.

Turning

Our machine park features various modern CNC lathes. Some of these machines are equipped with driven tools, allowing us to perform some milling operations as well. Diameters range from around 1 mm up to a maximum of around 600 mm. One of our specialities is hardened turning of components. Depending on the dimensions, tolerances can reach up to +/- 0.0025 mm.
