Machinery
Thanks to our extensive range of machinery, we produce a wide variety of precision mechanical components for you. These components often require various consecutive, complex operations. We give each step in the production process the necessary high-precision attention. This is evidenced, among other things, by the precise finish of our products.
Milling
Our machine park features several modern CNC milling machines, both 3-axis (with a maximum range of LxWxH: 1000 x 508 x 460 mm) and 5-axis (with a maximum range of LxWxH: 800 x 800 x 550 mm). We also operate a high-precision machining cell that allows for the unattended 24/7 production of high mix/low volume components. One of our capabilities, and specialisations, is hardened milling of components. Depending on the dimensions, tolerances can reach up to +/- 0.005 mm.
